No, we recommend using drain cleaner only as a last ditch effort. drain cleaner can be harmful to you, your fixtures and potentially your pipes if not used properly. if you do decide to use drain cleaner please let your plumber know so they can take the necessary safety measures when removing any traps or plumbing
How often should I flush my water heater?
most water heater manufacturers recommend to flush your tank every year
How do i keep my pipes from freezing in the winter time?
be sure to take any hoses off outdoor spigots before we start to reach cold temperatures, check any heat tape you may have and make sure any plumbing exposed to the elements is either disconnected or properly insulated.
